6 medium or 8 small pork chops
2 c apple juice
3 T catsup
3 T cornstarch
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season and brown the pork chops. Arrange the chops in a 9 x 13 pan. Cook the remaining ingredients over medium heat. Stir constantly. Pour sauce over pork chops with an apple slice added on top of each one. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour at 350.
