1 REFRIGERATED PIE CRUST
1 CUP HALF & HALF OR MILK
4 EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1/4 TSP.SALT
1/4 TSP. PEPPER
8 SLICES BACON (COOKED CRISPLY & CRUMBLED)
1 CUP SHREDDED SWISS OR CHEDDAR CHEESE (4 OZ)
1/4 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1 TBSP. CHOPPED ONION (OPT.)

Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*. PLACE PIE CRUST IN GLASS PIE DISH.
2. IN MEDIUM BOWL, MIX MILK, EGGS, SALT & PEPPER, SET ASIDE. LAYER BACON, CHEESES & ONION IN CRUST. POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER TOP.
3. BAKE 40~50 MINS. LET STAND 5 MINS. THEN CUT INTO WEDGES
