1 PKG.(8 OZ) CREAM CHEESE
1 CAN ROTEL
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 LB. OF GROUND BEEF OR SAUSAGE
1 GREEN ONION (OPT.)

BROWN GROUND BEEF OVER MED. HEAT,SET ASIDE. CUT UP VELVEETA & CREAM CHEESE INTO CUBES & PLACE IN SLOW COOKER. POUR IN ROTEL & CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP, STIR ALL TOGETHER. SET ON LOW SETTING, FOR ONE HOUR, LET THEM MELT. AFTER ABOUT 30 MINS. ADD GROUND BEEF & CONTINUE TO HEAT AS NEEDED.
