Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
¼ cup oleo
1 8 oz. jar cheese whiz
1 8 oz. jar Jalapeno cheese whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
4 cups cooked rice
Dash of Tabasco
Seasoning salt
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
Onion salt

Cook broccoli and rice as usual. Drain both. Sauté onion and celery in oleo. Add salts and Tabasco to taste. Add cheese whiz and Jalapeno cheese whiz. Cook until melted. Toss rice and broccoli together. Layer broccoli rice mixture with sauce. Bake 20 minutes at 375º.
