1/4 cup butter
18 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
chopped celery optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat bottom of a 13 X 9 baking dish with butter. Combine at the ingredients. Mix well. Cook until set but moist. Approximately 35 minutes.
