2 c cooked rice
1 lb bacon
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 egg, beaten
Soy sauce to taste
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into pieces and fry until crispy. Remove from pan and drain all the fat except about a tablespoon. Put pan back on medium heat, add onions and saute for a minute or two, then add bacon and cooked rice. Stir to combine, then add soy sauce to taste. Then add a bit of pepper to the beaten egg and add to rice mixture. Stir and cook until egg is set.
