3 carrots
2 large potatoes
2 leeks
1 sm. cabbage
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp chicken base
1 c. chopped onion
½ tsp thyme
10 cups water
Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil, add chicken base. Chop all vegetables and add to water. Fry chopped onion in a little oil and add to water and vegetables. Add seasonings and tomato sauce, simmer for 2 hours.
