1 pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 lb bulk italian sausage
1 pkg 15 oz refrigerated marinara sauce
lb sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package.

Cook sausage until no longer pink, drain and stir in sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer approx. 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Drain tortellini; stir into sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat, cover until cheese melts.
