3 C Heinz Catsup
3 T dry mustard
2 T Kitchen Bouquet
2T Apple Cider vinegar
4 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C cooking oil
1/3 C plus 1T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and heat on low for 3 minutes to make sure all the ingredients are mixed well, then mix by hand until the oil is blended thoroughly.
If not using wood chips in cooking, use 3T liquid smoke.
For a little warmth, if not using a hot rub, use Tabasco Sauce to suit taste
To use part of this for a table sauce, place on low and heat and when it begins to sinner, continue for 5 minutes. Be sure to cover while cooking to avoid splattering.
*This recipe was used in the 1985 National Chicken Cooking Contest, which won FIRST PLACE. It also tied for FIRST PLACE in the First Annual BUD WEIS RIB Cook Off of the Rockies in July 2007.
