1 lb bread
3 c evaporated milk
3 c water
1 1/2 c sugar
2 T vanilla
7 eggs, beaten
butter (to dot on top of bread pudding)

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread in bowl you will be cooking in. Pour milk and water over bread, mash together by hand. Add rest of ingredients. Dot top with butter.

Bake at 325º for an hour or until brown.
