1 box Lemon Cake Mix
1 pkg Lemon Instant Pudding
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup poppy seed
1 - 2 tablespoons brandy or brandy flavouring (optional)
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the above ingredients for a full 10 minutes. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Always works very well in a bundt pan.

Can glaze with a sugar glaze if desired.
