Hamburger/Potato Casserole Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1/3 C onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6-8 sliced potatoes
1-2 C cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350

Brown meat and onions, drain grease. In a casserole dish, put sliced potatoes in a layer, covering bottom of dish (all the potatoes). Pour ground beef on top. In separate bowl, mix 2 soups together. Then pour the soups on top of beef layer. Top with cheese. Cook at 350 for about 1 hour.

(you can use mozzarella cheese if you prefer)
