2 Ib extra lean ground beef
1 Ib pork sausage
2 eggs
½ cup of milk
1 cup of cracker crumbs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion diced
½ bell pepper

Sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
⅓ cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Spray the inside of your Crock-Pot with a Pam spray.
Place meat mixture in Crock-Pot forming a loaf. Set your Crock-Pot to low for 8 to 10 hours.
If you like a sauce on top use the sauce recipe and put on top after loaf is brown.
This recipe can also be cooked in a bread loaf and done in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour
