1 #10 Garbanzo beans
2 ea Lemons, juiced and zested
18 ea Garlic cloves
18 oz. Olive Oil blend
32 oz. Tahini
Salt, to taste
Cumin, to taste
Spanish Paprika, to taste
1 QT cooking liquid (from garbanzo)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beans in water for about 30 minutes. Drain and reserve some of the cooking liquid.
Place beans, garlic, lemons, tahini and seasoning into a container, use stick blender to emulsify oil into mixture.
Use cooking liquid to thin out hummus after all the oil is added. Adjust seasonings to taste.

*If adding another ingredient like roasted red bell peppers, black beans, creamed spinach, etc. account for how much liquid your ingredient contains and adjust seasonings and cooking liquid accordingly.
