Ingredients:  
lb. macaroni (elbow or bows)
lb. velveeta cheese (cubed)
2 T. butter
2T. flour
2 c. milk
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Add milk and cubed cheese and cook until melted, stirring constantly.

Cook and drain macaroni.

Add macaroni and cheese/milk mixture to a 1- qt. casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes at 350.

Easy!
