1 gal AP Flour
2 t Baking soda
2/3 C Baking powder
2 T Kosher salt
8 C Buttermilk, chilled
1 lb butter, cubed, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400F, low fan
Mix dry ingredients separately from buttermilk.
Make a well in your dry ingredient bowl, pour buttermilk.
Mix with wood spoon or hands until combined. Do not over mix.
Roll out dough into floured surface into about 1" thickness.
Cut out rounds with desired size and arrange(touching) on a lined sheet tray.
Brush tops with melted butter, bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to rotate trays half way through the cooking process. Brush tops with more butter when it comes out of the oven.
