1/4 lb butter
1 C Yellow onions, chopped
1 C Green bell pepper, chopped
4 T Garlic, minced
1 QT Ketchup
2 C Hot sauce
1 C Water
1 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 C Sugar, granulated
1/4 C Worcestershire
1 T Dijon mustard
2 t horseradish
2 t black pepper
1 t Spanish paprika
1 t chilli powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and bell pepper in butter until caramelized and then add garlic until it browns.
Add the rest of the ingredient and bring to a soft boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Simmer for 45 minutes and then use stick blender or placed into a blender until smooth.
