2 or 3 cloves of garlic cut
2 medium onions, quartered
1 lemon, quartered
1 T. prepared mustard
2 T. horseradish
5 or 6 sprigs parsley
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
¼ cup sugar
½ cup catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 cup water
¼ cup vinegar

Use blender. Pour into sauce pan with 2 cups bullion, 1 cup oil, 1-8 oz. bottle of hickory smoked barbecue sauce. Simmer 1 hour.
