1 pound of round steak
cup avocado for cooking oil
1 tsp salt
Dash of Pepper
cup finely diced onion
1 clove of fresh garlic
4 green peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup of sliced celery
1 cup of beef bouillon
2 tbsp cornstarch
cup of water
2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into thin pieces about 2 inch slices. Preheat electric fry pan at 375 degrees. Add oil salt pepper. Add meat cook until Brown stirring frequently. Set control valve to 210 degrees add onion garlic green peppers celery and beef bouillon cover and cook until the vegetables are crisp about 10 minutes. And cornstarch cold water soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with Steven hot rice.
