2 T. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
¼ tsp. grated orange rind
⅛ tsp. grated nutmeg
dash of salt
¼ cup water
¼ cup orange juice
2 cups fresh berries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Gradually add water and orange juice. Stir until smooth. Stir in berries. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Yield 1 ½ cups.
