3 lbs ground beef or lamb or both mixed

2C chopped onion

1/4C chopped parsley

1T mint (omit if you don’t have)

1 large egg

2t cumin

1t garlic powder

2t salt

1t pepper

2T tomatoes paste

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup of GF bread crumbs (or regular bread crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
First add all ingredients into bowl and mix with hands then chill for 30 mins
*over mixing can make the meat tough*

Preheat oven to 375

Roll meat mix between hands until the size and shape of a hotdog.

Place on cookie sheet lined with foil.

Bake for 12-15 mins until meat is browned.

Serve on a bed of rice pilaf with garlic butter on the side
