Pre cooked gluten free lasagna noodles (or regular noodles)

Make speghetti sauce, add 1lb ground beef or turkey.

16oz mozzarella cheese

Cottage cheese mix:
16oz small curd cottage cheese

1/4C Parmeasean cheese

1T parsley

1t oregano

1t salt

Preheat oven 350

Layer 1:

Cover bottom of 9x13 pan with lasagna noodles

Then spaghetti sauce

Then 1/2 of the cottage cheese mix

Then 8 ozs of mozzarella cheese

Repeat for 2 layers

Cover with foil and bake 30 mins then uncover and bake an additional 30 mins
