8 c. cabbage, chopped

2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. rice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1 - 28 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, onion, rice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard in separate bowl; mix well.

Layer a third of the cabbage in a deep casserole, then add half the beef mixture. Cover with another third of the cabbage, topped with remaining meat, then the remaining cabbage. Pour tomato sauce on top. DO NOT STIR. Cover and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 325ºF (165ºC) for 2 hours.
