º 4 eggs
º 2 cups milk
º ⅓ cup sugar
º ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
º 1 tsp. vanilla
º ¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together all the ingredients. Place 2½ cups DRY bread cubes (3½ slices) in an 8x1½ inch round baking dish. Sprinkle ⅓ cup raisins over bread. Pour egg mixture over all.

Bake in a 325º oven for 40 to 45 minutes or till a knife inverted near center comes out clean. Cool slightly.

While cooling I recommend putting a piece of clear plastic wrap directly on the surface of the hot pudding. It will keep a skin from forming. Remove when cooled. Serve.
