1-12 oz. jar Heinz Home Style Brown or Mushroom Gravy
1 Lean ground beef or 1 lb. ground beef lb. pork, lb. veal)
1 cup soft bread crumbs
cup finely chopped onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 cups hot mashed potatoes
1 tsp. melted butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Measure cup gravy, combine with beef and next 5 ingredients
Form into loaf ( 8 x 4 x 1) in shallow baking pan
Bake for 1 hour
Remove from oven and drain fat carefully
Spread mashed potatoes over top and sides of meat
Drizzle melted butter over top of potatoes
garnish with paprika
Return loaf to oven and bake for additional 20 minutes
Let stand 5 minutes
Heat gravy and serve with meat
