1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 11 x 15 inch sheet pan. Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs and sour cream. Add bananas and vanilla. Sift soda and salt with flour. Add to banana mixture and blend well. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Cut into 28 squares and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting recipe. Can be frozen with frosting.
