1 cups canned Pumpkin
1⅓ cups sweetened condensed milk ( 15 oz. can)
1 large egg
tsp. salt
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. ginger
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Line pie pan with pastry
Beat remaining ingredients together with electric mixer.
Pour into pasty-lined pan
Bake 50 to 55 minutes until knife inserted in side of filling comes out clean.
Garnish with whipped cream.
