Ingredients:  
1 cup bell pepper finely chopped
1 cup celery finely chopped
1 cup onion finely chopped
1/2 stick butter or oleo
4 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 large can #3 tomatoes cut up with juice
1 can mushroom soup
1 (12 oz) package vermicelli
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper, onion, celery in butter. Add chicken, tomatoes, soup. Simmer. Cook one package of Vermicelli in chicken broth. Drain. In large casserole put half of the spaghetti, half of the chicken mix and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layer. Bake 350 F for 45 min.
