2¼ cups water
1 teaspoon oil
⅔ cup uncooked long grain rice
¼ cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1-5 ounce (⅔ cup) sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 egg yolks slightly beaten
1 teas. vanilla
½ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, bring water and oil to boiling. Stir in the rice, cover and cook over low heat about 25 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir together sugar and flour; set aside. Add milk, sweetened milk and butter to rice mixture. Bring to boil, add sugar mixture and stir until combined and return to boiling.
Gradually stir about 1 cup of hot rice mixture into beaten egg yolks and return to heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Stir in vanilla and add dried fruit. Let cool and serve.
