5 cups cooked Carrots - sliced to " thick ( I use 2 bags of sliced carrots in produce section)
1 sm. Green Pepper - cut up
1 med. Onion diced

cup Oil
cup Red Wine vinegar
1 sm. Can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
tsp. Basil

Combine marinade ingredients
Pour over Carrots, Peppers and Onion
Marinade for 2 days
Serve cold or warm ( 350 minutes)
Opt. Cayenne - 1 shake
