5 cups cooked Carrots - sliced ½ to ¼" thick ( I use 2½ bags of sliced carrots in produce section)
1 sm. Green Pepper - cut up
1 med. Onion diced

Marinade
½ cup Oil
¼ cup Red Wine vinegar
1 sm. Can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Basil

Directions:

Combine marinade ingredients
Pour over Carrots, Peppers and Onion
Marinade for 2 days
Serve cold or warm ( 350º minutes)
Opt. Cayenne - 1 shake
