Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 heads Boston or leaf lettuce
2 heads Romaine lettuce
1 cup fat free Monterey Jack shredded cheese (can use Mozzarella also)
cup fat-free Feta cheese
**Just before serving add:
1/2up chopped walnuts (bake for 5 minutes and cool)
1 pint sliced strawberries

Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
cup sugar ( I use less)
⅔ cup raspberry vinegar
2 garlic cloves minced
teaspoon salt, pepper, paprika
Mix in jar and shake in jar

Directions:
Directions:
Shred lettuce and place in bowl. Top with shredded cheese and crumbled Feta 8cheese. Top with walnuts and strawberries.
