1 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Cup fine dry Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
cup Milk
tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
tsp. Parsley Flakes
tsp. Oregano
tsp. Basil
tsp. Thyme
tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Clove Garlic or ⅛ tsp. minced garlic
Onion pureed in tsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix meat with reserved pureed onion and all remaining meat ball ingredients except garlic clove.
Shape into walnut-sized balls.
In a skillet thoroughly brown meat balls with garlic
Simmer 30 minutes
