1 stick oleo (use oleo, not butter)
3 cups water
3 cups instant mashed potatoes
1 cup powdered milk
2 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the water and oleo. Bring to a boil until oleo is melted. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, minus the flour, in a separate bowl. Pour liquid over potato mixture. Cover until cold or overnight. Add 1 1/2 cup flour, mixing in a 1/2 cup at a time. Knead well and make into a roll and cut into 16 pieces. Bake on lefse iron. Enjoy.
