Fresh Eggs 4
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp ( or as per taste)
Oil for greasing pan
Milk 1-2 tsp (Optional)
Green Chilli 1or 2(Optional) for Garnishing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take 4 fresh Eggs in a Pan. Add Black Pepper & Salt to it.
2. Whisk the eggs well and add a 1-2 tsp of milk and whisk it again.
3. Heat the pan on low flame and grease it with oil. Pour the egg mixture and spread on base.
4. When it is half cooked , Start rolling it to its Half and move it to one side in Pan.
5. Pour more mixture in the pan and let it cook, again roll.

Repeat the Process according to your wish. I have done the process twice. and cook from Both Sides after Rolling .
