3/4 stick of butter
2 C rice
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 C water
4 chicken breasts, pounded to flatten a little
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Melt butter in a frying pan. Stir fry rice for a minute. Add soups and water. Pour into a baking dish. Lay chicken on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
