1/4 C butter
1/4 C flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 C chicken broth
1 C heavy cream (not half n half)
7 oz cooked spaghetti, broken in half before cooking
2 C cubed chicken
3 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 C fresh shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350º

Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour & seasonings. Cook, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, and stir in broth and cream. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into a square 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes, or till bubbly in the middle.
