2½ c. herbed croutons
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained

6 eggs, beaten
¾ tsp. dry mustard
2½ c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup.

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the first 3 ingredients (croutons, then cheese, then sausage) into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan. Combine the eggs, mustard, milk and soup and pour over the other ingredients. Bake at 350º approximately 1 hour or until done.

May make ahead night before and refrigerate then bake in the morning. Allow a little more baking time.
