2 c. sugar
1½ c. flour
½ c. baking cocoa
½ tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla

Filling
½ c. butter
½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Glaze
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shortening

Brownies
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for three minutes. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling
Cream butter and sugars together. Add milk and vanilla and mix well. Beat in flour. Spread over brownies. Chili until firm.

Glaze
Melt chocolate chips and shortening together. Stir until smooth. Spread over filling.
