1 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
3 cups flour
3/4 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar, and flour well.
Add hot water and from dough.
Let rise.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Divide both parts into 10 parts.
Form rolls and place in steamer.
Let rise a little.
Place steamer over hot water and steam for about 15-20 minutes.
