1 box Jiffy Cornbread
1 stick of butter, melted
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 cup of sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.

Pour melted butter and both cans of corn in prepared dish. Stir in sour cream. In a separate bowl, beat eggs together and then stir in cornbread mix. Pour egg mixture in corn mixture in prepared pan. Top with shredded cheddar, if desired.

Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes until center is firm.
