1 1/2 cups graham crackers (crumbed)
4 tsp butter melted
2 tsp. sugar
Press into pan

Cake
3 large cream cheese (8 oz)
1 pint sour cream
1 cup sugar
5 eggs (separated)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice

Rack middle oven -300º- spring pan

Beat eggs whites stiff- set aside

Beat cream cheese, sour cream & sugar in lg bowl. Add yolks, vanilla & lemon juice. Beat well. Fold in egg whites

Bake 1 hr in 300º

Leave cake in oven 1 hr with oven off. Then 1 hr more with oven door ajar (about 12 in)
