½ c. butter or margarine, melted
½ c. brown sugar - can be a little more
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 qt. popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Pour this sauce over the popped corn and mix thoroughly. Lightly coat a shallow roasting pan with non-stick spray. Spread popcorn evenly in pan. Bake at 350º for ten minutes, stirring carefully every 3 minutes. Let cool. Can be stored in a covered container in a cool dry place.
