1 15-oz. can pumpkin
2 c. white sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp.

Frosting
1 3-oz pkg. cream cheese
5 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1¾ c. powdered sugar
3 tsp. milk
1 c. chopped walnuts

In a mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs and mix well. In a second bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and beat until well blended. Pour batter into 15 X 10 baking pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add 1¾ c. powdered sugar and mix well. Add milk until frosting is desired consistency. Frost cooled cake and sprinkle with nuts.
