1.5 lb lean ground beef
1 c milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chopped fresh sage leaves
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced

Topping:
1 c ketchup
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients. Shape into a large loaf and place in an ungreased 9" x 5" pan.

Prepare topping but mixing together ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Brush half of topping onto meatloaf.

Bake uncovered for about an hour or until a mean thermometer reads 160 degrees. Add remaining topping and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

This recipe can be made into a freezer meal by using a disposal loaf pan. Wrap the loaf pan containing the uncooked meatloaf with saran wrap and freeze for up to 6 months.
