10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
5 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c shredded cheese i.e. fiesta blend
1 t dried minced onion
1/4 t garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Grease a 9" pie pan or 9x13" dish.

Combine all ingredients and pour into pan.

Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
