Ingredients:  
2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine (softened)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup soy milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 cup chocolate chips

Frosting:
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 12 cup bundt pan.
Mix all ingredients except for peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Beat on low until mixed then medium for 3 minutes.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake for 55-65 minutes.

Frosting:
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter mixing constantly.
