c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
salt to taste
little cold water
c. vinegar
⅛ c. of water
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. butter
yellow or green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and a little cold water. Heat vinegar and water; then add cornstarch mixture gradually. Remove from heat and add prepared mustard and butter. Serve over hot cooked beans.
