1 ½ lbs. zucchini
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 ½ c. bread crumbs
1-20 oz. can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. seasoned salt
salt and pepper
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
¼ c. crackers crumbs
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cut and cook zucchini in water until tender and mash. Sauté onion in butter and add to zucchini with breadcrumbs, corn, eggs, salts, pepper, and ¼ c. grated cheese. Mix all and put in a greased casserole dish. Top with the remaining ¾ c. of cheese and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
