1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
4 c. diced apples
1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, mix egg and sugar. Add flour, vinegar, and juice from pineapple. Cook over low heat until thick. Refrigerate to cool. Fold in cool whip and 1/2 cup peanuts. In large bowl, combine diced apples, pineapple, and cool whip mixture. Top the salad with the other 1/2 cup peanuts.
